Filezilla / FTP vraag

Ik moet dringend aan ons forum-server toegang hebben.
Ik gebruijk FileZilla 3.22.1 (laatste versie), maar ik kan het niet.
Ik ben absoluut geen web-guru, dus heb ik hier hulp nodig.
