Goede staat: 1200 a 1400
Verzamelstaat: 1800+

What to look for:
-apron bladert vaak af
-verkleurd
-mond van ted vaak gebarsten
-insertschade bij het visje (scoop kickout)
-werking van de ogen (links, rechts, open toe)
-translite schade bij de kip (door de post die er achter zit)
-originele shaker motor aanwezig

Heb de mijne enkele maand terug gekocht voor 1500.
Is iets verkleurd + wat schade aan het visje.
(Van in het begin al miserie met de diverters in de beide lanes. Zal kleinigheid zijn, maar heb geen tijd om me er mee bezig te houden momenteel.
Mag voor dezelfde prijs weg, wat ben op zoek naar POTC en/of TAF)

Voor een schone roadshow wel. Nog ietwat op kleur, werkende koppen, visje proper.

Maar is zoals iedere kast hé..zelf uitkijken dat je prijs kwaliteit hebt.

Wat is een road show in goede staat zoal waard de dag van vandaag?
Ik zou er 1 kopen voor 2700, goede prijs of niet?

Deze kast is ook flink gestegen in prijs. Wel terecht vind ik als je ziet wat de mindere titels momenteel gaan. Als de kast echt in hele nette staat is zou je het wel kunnen doen. Het blijft voor mij een topkast.

De originele shaker moet natuurlijk wel aanwezig zijn voor diene prijs (en werken) want is niet meer te verkrijgen precies? en de "koppekes" moeten ook intact zijn en hun ding doen.
Zal morgen gaan zien...

2700,- voor een RS is en blijft een bak geld. Maar als ik de Dirty Harry's, Junk yard's, Gillian iland's de laatste tijd voorbij zie komen is die het in verhouding wel waard. En deze kast houd zijn waarde, thema is tijdloos en weer makkelijk verkoopbaar.

Inderdaad maar het is ook een kast als er iets aan mankeert (vooral die "koppekes" dan (mond gescheurd ofzo) of geen shaker) dat je het materiaal er ook niet meer voor vindt om te herstellen. een goeie vinden is een uitdaging

Het meeste is tegenwoordig wel te vinden hoor. Kijk maar eens op wat site's. De translite is wel moeilijk te vinden.

how to be sure value will continue to go up or stay as it in the next X years !?
this "hobby" (as lots of others) could go down to just nothing !
as let's be realistic, this can't continue as it for long time, i'm sure lots of guys are thinking same as me, and just thinking STOP in their heads

of course, FLIPPERMARKT may be different, as German have more money power than us
but lately, i see lots of asked prices going down while pin just didnt sell...
and we all know the usual "traders" and how they fake the market, closing their topic with a "sold to a nice guy !", and their same pin become again available 2 monthes later because it was not sold of course

...

i know its not always possible, but swaping with others guys (even more the ones you know or close to you) seems the way to go now
i read talks about DH & BSD, and OK, i've also seen these at 2300 & 2600... come one, thats insane !
than with these 2 as example, i'm very happy to have made a swap with Marnix, as for sure i will not pay 2300 for a DH, and i'm quite sure Marnix would not pay 2600 for a BSD !!!

other example : if JY is now 2600 & RS 2700, i see no prob to set my LAH at 2500 than ?
well OK, if someone give me 2500 for it i will even kiss him in the a** ! (heu no, sry, i will not do it )



edit : of course, all these for pins in "overal good state", its not the same story for pinballs having completly been setup/rebuild as new

There are lots of examples.
What do you think of an old Bally for 3k+? Or Mata Hari for 1,5k?

Basically it is just simple: if someone gets the pin actually sold for that price, then that will be the accepted / normal price. Now everyone thinks they have a goldmine at home, while the condition of the pins "have minor damage" or "normal wear" (i.e. lots worse). Sure if the machine is very popular and is in mint condition.... But that's often not the case.

I think if you buy now, you buy at the top-price. It may not stay this high. It may be a bubble, at sometime people just don't have the money and the prices will not go higher.
If you buy now, do it because you want the pin, not for the profit.

I now only buy non-working machines, or with a lot of work. But for a normal price.
Most people don't want a non-working machine with work. Or they are not able to repair them.

and finally, no matter what we think of the situation
as selling, buying... in the end the "right" price is the price that make seller & buyer happy, thats the only truth

to me personaly, no more buy of over-priced pinballs
and also no more STERN NIB until they really rise their QC (but thats another story)

Dat herinnert me aan de hevige discussies met Mario, zo'n 4 jaar geleden, die maar bleef volhouden dat de prijzen voor MM etc... allemaal artificiëel hoog waren, de luchtbel zou wel barsten. Wel integendeel zo is gebleken, de prijzen zijn sindsdien alleen nog maar omhoog gegaan. Er is nog steeds veel meer vraag dan aanbod. Flipperen is populair...

Ik heb vooral spijt dat ik een 5-tal jaar terug niet alle MB's aan 2600€, CV's aan 2200€, AFM's aan 2500€, TAF's aan 2000€, TOM's aan 1600€, etc... heb opgekocht. Ik ging de huurprijs van mijn hangar allang terugverdiend hebben

We doen het omdat het een leuke kast is, niet om er een handel uit te slaan toch?
Een kast mag nog erg goedkoop zijn, als het thema mij niks zegt zou ik ze nooit kopen.
